Adjustable steam turbine honeycomb hybrid seal belongs to the technical field of steam turbine seal device. There are many parts to comprise this including adjusting block, gland body, high gear, honeycomb strips and gaskets. The ring structure of the adjustable honeycomb seal is composed of multiple arc gland body. There are two adjustable blocks setting on the honeycomb. Gaskets and adjustable block installed in sequence by screw on the segment of sealing body on which high gear and honeycomb strips are installed. The spot welded honeycomb is installed between the adjacent two high gears.

Spot welding device is three electrodes in the upper part, which carries five welding points across the width of the strip of corrugated sheet metal.
